MixReels - Credit Rules
1. What Are Credits
Credits are the universal currency for using AI features in MixReels. They currently work with creative features such as AI Music, and will support more AI features over time. Credits can only be used within the MixReels app and have no cash value.
2. Sources of Credits
Credits fall into two types: Subscription Credits and Other Credits. Subscription Credits are granted during your membership; Other Credits can be obtained through purchase. Your balance and its breakdown are shown on the Credits page.
3. How to Recharge Credits
On the Credits page in the app, choose the credit pack you want, tap Recharge Now, and complete the payment through the App Store. Your credits are added instantly.
4. Credit Pricing
Different AI features require different amounts of credits. Prices may be adjusted in line with changes in model prices and operating costs; the amount shown when you use a feature always applies.
5. Credit Validity
Validity differs by source: Subscription Credits are valid for 1 month, while purchased credits are valid for 3 years. Credits left unused after their validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6. Consumption Order
When you use an AI feature, credits are deducted in order of validity, from nearest to furthest expiry — that is, credits closest to expiring are used first.
7. Usage
When you use an AI feature, credits are deducted according to the amount indicated by that feature. If a generation fails, the credits consumed are refunded automatically, and you can review the details in your credits bill.
8. Important Notice
Credits cannot be resold, transferred, or withdrawn, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please recharge and use them according to your own needs.
