MixReels - वीडियो एडिटर गोपनीयता नीति
1. दायरा
यह गोपनीयता नीति MixReels मोबाइल ऐप और संबंधित सेवाओं पर लागू होती है। MixReels वर्तमान में account registration की आवश्यकता नहीं रखता और जानबूझकर ऐसी जानकारी collect नहीं करता जो आपको व्यक्तिगत रूप से identify करे। यह policy बताती है कि video creation/editing features देते समय हम किस data से interact करते हैं और उसे कैसे protect करते हैं।
2. हम कौन-सी जानकारी प्रोसेस करते हैं
हम data minimization principle का पालन करते हैं और केवल product functionality और security के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी process करते हैं।
- Basic usage data: feature usage counts, UI taps, crash logs और performance metrics, जो troubleshooting और improvement में मदद करते हैं।
- Device information: device model, OS version, system language, network type और anonymized identifiers।
- Feedback और support data optional: email, screenshots या issue descriptions जो आप voluntarily share करते हैं।
- Local media information: Photos या microphone access देने पर हम केवल वही photos, videos या audio process करते हैं जिन्हें आप device पर select करते हैं। ये assets locally read होते हैं और आपकी explicit action के बिना upload नहीं होते।
3. जानकारी का उपयोग
हम इस data का उपयोग MixReels editing features और related services provide, maintain और improve करने; performance analyze करने; defects fix करने; stability और security बढ़ाने; जरूरी notices भेजने; legal obligations comply करने और users की rights व safety protect करने के लिए करते हैं।
4. Sharing और disclosure
हम आपका data third parties को बेचते या rent नहीं करते। Limited sharing केवल आपकी explicit authorization, vetted service providers को MixReels functionality देने के लिए anonymized या aggregated technical data, या laws/legal process के compliance की आवश्यकता होने पर की जाती है।
5. Device permissions
MixReels features को सही ढंग से चलाने के लिए permissions मांग सकता है। Photos/Media Library images और videos import करने या exported projects save करने के लिए, और Microphone voiceovers या audio tracks record करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। आप system settings में इन्हें कभी भी revoke कर सकते हैं।
6. Storage और security
हम encrypted transport, access controls, audits और backups जैसी industry-standard protections अपनाते हैं। MixReels में imported photos, videos और audio आपके device पर रहते हैं, जब तक आप उन्हें explicitly share या कहीं और backup नहीं करते।
7. आपकी choices
MixReels accounts या cloud storage offer नहीं करता, इसलिए अधिकांश data आपके device पर रहता है। आप permissions revoke कर सकते हैं, app cache clear कर सकते हैं, app uninstall कर सकते हैं, या troubleshooting के लिए उपयोग किए गए logs/contact details delete करने का request कर सकते हैं।
8. बच्चों की privacy
MixReels adults और full legal capacity वाले individuals के लिए designed है। हम जानबूझकर 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों की personal information collect नहीं करते। Minors को guardian supervision में MixReels उपयोग करना चाहिए।
9. इस policy में बदलाव
Services या regulations बदलने पर हम इस policy को update कर सकते हैं। Significant changes ऐप में highlight किए जाएंगे। जब तक कानून कुछ और न कहे, updates publish होते ही प्रभावी होंगे।
